This modern private residence was designed around material harmony and clean architectural lines. The interior composition blends texture, tone, and structural precision to create a refined living environment. Terrazzo flooring and stairs form the foundation of the space, offering durability, visual continuity, and a timeless aesthetic. The seamless integration of terrazzo across horizontal surfaces enhances the spatial flow while maintaining a strong architectural identity. For the vertical elements, Travertino slabs and Stone Skin slabs were used to introduce depth and natural character. Their textured finishes contrast elegantly with the clean geometry of the design. Complementing these materials, grey GRC panels were incorporated to reinforce the modern language of the project, adding a structured and contemporary touch. Designed by Rabih Semaan, this interior reflects a careful balance between engineered precision and natural-inspired textures — resulting in a sophisticated, cohesive architectural environment.
