This distinctive private villa is defined by its exposed steel structure, engineered by Mezher Steel, forming the structural backbone of the architectural concept. The exterior façades are clad with Travertino Silver slabs, introducing mineral texture and tonal depth that balance the industrial character of the steel framework. The contrast between structural steel and natural stone surfaces creates a bold yet controlled architectural expression. Designed by Georges Chahine, the project demonstrates how material integration — steel and stone — can be orchestrated to achieve a contemporary industrial aesthetic with refined detailing.
