Shipping across Lebanon 

We offer shipping on all orders across Lebanon only, within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery fees are priced based on location. Please contact us for further details.

International Shipping 

Our offices, factory and warehouse are located in Lebanon. But wherever you are around the globe, we have you covered! Hajj Art Stone ships international orders with highly reliable freight companies and couriers. Your details, including your name, delivery address and phone number, will be supplied to the freight company for the purpose of delivering your goods.

You will be charged a shipping fee per shipment, which may vary depending on the quantity of product being shipped, and your location. The shipping fees will be calculated based on quantity and destination.

Please make sure to provide your correct shipping information at the time of checkout.

Once delivered, please inspect the goods and ensure the goods delivered match your order.

Lead Time 

All products listed on our website are mainly in stock and available for shipping, except for the GFRC items , and Terrazzo which require customization according to the design provided from your end.

Shipping time may vary depending on the size and contents of your order, and your location.

Samples 

We very highly recommend that you get a sample of a product before committing to a large order, to get an idea about how that particular product looks and feels in real life.

Damages 

All our items get shipped out in their flawless condition without any damages in any way.

Hajj Art Stone is not responsible for any breakages or damage which may occur during shipping.

If other defects other than shipping damages are observed at the point of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours.

Returns & Cancellations 

Orders of stocked items cannot be  cancelled for before they have shipped.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled, nor refunded.

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
